Productive seemed to be a key word! I think we really got value for money from the time we spent together.
The big challenge, says Jens, is to keep up the momentum. Do you think we’ve done this or were his concerns justified? I think we ought to revisit the idea of online meetings between the face-to face meetings – we have had one but maybe this needs to be regularised so that we have a meeting at regular dates rather than having to poll everyone.

Well some partners are better than others in keeping up the momentum. I agree we need to have more regular on-line meetings in between face-to-face meetings. Perhaps we should ask each partner to post at least one reflection on-line per meeting; elaborating on the items posted in the evaluation session of the website?

But we also need input from teachers in the field in an organised way. Both to give us ideas and to evaluate what we propose.

I agree – we need more input from teachers. Don’t know if you have noticed but we’ve added a ‘Get Involved!’ tab on the top menu with a space for teachers to contribute directly. Even if partners could direct teachers to the website and encourage them to send their ideas directly, that would help.
