This is the page on which we are collecting practical ideas for using technology in the classroom. Some of these activities will also be in the Taccle books but we have far more than we can include.
What you can do
If you decide to try any of these activities, please give us some feedback – use the comment boxes to let us know what worked for you, whether you have adapted or extended the activity and what age children you were working with. If you have any photographs or videos you would like to share, we would love to use them on this site.
Use this space to share your ideas
If you have ideas of your own that you would like to contribute to the site or to the book, then either e-mail them to us or, if you can use wordpress, we will send you a log in and you can post your own.
Tom Has done a great job collecting together the ‘interesting ways to…’ presentations so we’d like to give him a big thanks and to all the teachers who have contributed – and a special thank you to the Taccle teachers whose added their ideas to this series. If you want to add slides of your own, send them to me and I will add them.
This site is currently on WordPress.com. We are soon to move to a local installation which means we will be able to sort through all these posts and provide a more sophisticated menu structure so that we will be able to group these posts under topic headings. Watch this space!
