I have my students create scrapbooks in English about a week in their life or about what they did in their holidays. They really enjoy it and the results are often great. Prezi now offers a template for a digital scrapbook (Create a Prezi Scrapbook) and it looks really promising. The only drawback is the fact that students have to create an account or login with their Facebook account.
