Have had a thought. The English language responses are a lot more positive than the other language responses re. navigation. Categories are an essential feature of the navigation. If the categories are screwed up in the other language versions, could this have affected their perceptions of navigation. Also, if a person using a non-English language version navigates to a page where there is no content, that will also affect their perceptions.
Important factors to consider I think. Having looked at the evaluation results I can’t see a clear majority of opinion. I did, however, feel there was a contradiction between some of the ratings and the written comments. Needs further analysis before doing anything drastic!
